I only use organic ingredients and real sourdough. The bread get the time it needs to naturally mature. Most breads are made with very few ingredients: organic flour, water, salt. That's it - no additives, preservatives, hidden sugars or syrup.
The breads are high in fiber and more nutritious than regular bread.
ABOUT ELKE'S LITTLE BAKERY
When my family and I moved from Germany to the USA we were disappointed by the choices of breads we had here. The breads were too airy and too sweat for our taste made with ingredients like High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soybean oil and preservatives.
I decided to start baking my own bread. It turned out that the homemade bread exceeded our expectations. My friends really enjoyed it as well and repeatedly asked me to start selling it.
The idea of Elke's Little Bakery was born.

I only use organic ingredients and real sourdough.The bread gets the time it needs to naturally mature. On average making a loaf of homemade sourdough bread takes about 22 hours.
I do not use any additives or preservatives.
The breads are high in fiber and more nutritious than regular bread.

You can order your bread any time and I will bake your bread as soon as possible. Usually, I need about 24 hours advanced notice since I only bake freshly to give you the best taste possible.
I will notify you as soon as your fresh and healthy, organic bread is ready and you can pick it up at my home.
