Organic Sport Bread (Sourdough)

The sport bread is a healthy, substantial and rich sourdough bread. It is made with organic wheat flour, rye flour and wheat flakes. 
It is seasoned with some anise and fennel.
It weighs approximately 1000 gram.
Ingredients (all organic): Wheat flour, rye flour, wheat flakes, milled flaxseeds, honey, anise, fennel, water and salt.
