Organic Emmerwheat Bread XL (Sourdough)

A sourdough bread made with organic emmer whole wheat flour, white flour and rye flour. The emmer wheat is an ancient grain that was often traditionally used in Germany and has a magnificent taste to it. This size is perfect for big families or parties. 
It is large and airy and weighs approximately 1200 grams (2.6 pounds).
Ingredients: Organic plain flour, whole wheat emmer flour, rye flour, water, salt.
